About Kate Woods
Balancing the daily grind with big dreams can be challenging for small businesses, and that’s where I come in. With decades of experience specializing in client relations, office management, sales, training and development, and more, I help womxn- and BIPOC-owned businesses streamline their operations. I create, document and refine policies and processes, create comprehensive training and instructional materials, and use single-source documentation to improve internal and external communication, and file management.
My commitment extends to serving several local non-profits through community outreach, board involvement, and policy governance. When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll find me exploring the Pacific Northwest with my family and our dog – dancing, dining, or gardening.
If you're not familiar with Freelance, it is a great option to hire support you need without having to commit to a full-time employee. That means you are not responsible for any of the payroll taxes, benefits, or management associated with a direct employee.
